direction Mürzzuschlag: from the hotel´ s acces road turn right → S6 Wien/Graz/Bruck an der Mur → Graz/Bruck an der Mur → exit Mariazell/Mürzsteg/Mürzzuschlag → Heizhausgasse 2 (railway station)

direct Gloggnitz: from the hotel´ s access road turn left → pass Semmering → continue to Greis → pass Greis → continue on S6 → exit Gloggnitz → turn right on B17 Wimpassing/Gloggnitz → pass Enzenreith → turn left on Bergwerkstrasse → Bahnhof 1 (railway station)

Description: The railway originated in years 1848-1854, has 41 km, 16 viaducts (most of them 2-storey), 15 tunels and 100 bridges. It was the first mountain railway on the world and in 1998 it was declared as UNESCO heritage.
